Quality by high vertical range of manufacture

For Holinger the use of most premium materials – also to find in aviation – is natural. We fulfill our demand on highest quality by a consistent quality management system and by most modern measuring and testing instruments.

We manufacture the self-constructed pattern equipments for parts like gear cases and shifting forks in the internal tool shop via CAD/CAM. This means optimal conditions concerning cast quality and flow-times in case of new projects. Aluminium sand castings as well as steel investment castings are produced by local foundries, with whom Holinger has been working together for years.

The machining of the casting blanks takes place at Holinger again. The know-how in construction and tool selection built up over the last decades is the key to the high reproducible dimensional stability.

Concerning manufacturing we are able to illustrate all processes. That is absolutly essential for the manufacturing of gearbox parts referring to stand-of-the-art. From soft machining, heat treatment and hard machining to finishing processes we are equipped at best.
